Positive: Location - located in le marais, close to so many restaurants, close to illusion museum (3 min away) and 15 -20 min to Notre Dame Beds - both the double bed and the sofa were very comfortable. The sofa in the living room no expands with an actual mattress so two people can sleep very comfortably either no issue Cleanliness - overall, apartment was clean, i think recently cleaned up/renovated, very clean sheets and comfortable pillows, clean towels and we had two extra which helped Amenities - washing machine was useful for us, with drying rack, well equipped kitchen, you can cook, good wifi, large apartment for Paris in the central region. Instructions for self service to pick up/drop off the property keys were clear and complete. Good value for the money.
