Summary: We spent a wonderful and memorable time at Antoine's place. The location is in the country side yet only 5 minutes to Goult or Lacoste. The immediate surroundings are absolutely stunning amidst lavender fields & vineyards with the beautiful hilltop village of Goult and the mighty Mont Ventoux as the backdrop. It is also situated very centrally within the "triangle d'or" of Rousillion, Gordes & Menerbes - all "plus beaux villages de France". There are so many nice bike rides in the surrounding country roads. One of our favorite was the 15 minute ride to Lacoste with its chateau and its cafe with another stunning panoramic terrace towards Bonnieux The cottage is very cozy and has tons of character with beautiful furniture and table ware. The kitchen is very well equipped. The surrounding garden is equally charming. We had the most wonderful al fresco aperitifs neat the pool and then moved to the large table underneath the large walnut tree for romantic dinners. The pool is large with stunning views of Goult & Mont Ventoux, comfortable lounge chairs and...an adjacent sheep stable! We had fun watching the sheep walk by. We also made good use of the ping pong table! We were so fortunate to meet Antoine and his family and spend some time with them. They were so welcoming, so warm, so accommodating. We highly recommend staying and will be back! Merci beaucoup, Antoine & Elodie!
