We're delighted to have you stay in this home, which holds a special place in our hearts. A lot of love and attention went into its remodeling to ensure it provides a cozy and comfortable retreat for our guests.
When deciding on our logo, we prioritized your comfort. Having stayed at our share of of homes, we often felt a sense of home was missing. We desired to make this space as comfortable as possible, allowing you to feel like you were at your own home.
One of our favorite features in the home is the expandable table under the living room television. While the dining area table seats twelve, this table offers a more formal sitting area and can also seat up to twelve people. Instructions on how to expand the table are provided below. Please note that it requires two individuals to open. Chairs for the table are conveniently stored in the laundry room and can also be used outdoors. However, please do not move any indoor furniture outside to maintain its condition.
The home also features a large backyard, perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation. It's a great space for families or groups to enjoy the beautiful Texas weather. Whether having a barbecue, playing games, or simply lounging, the backyard offers a private sanctuary to unwind and connect. Please note that during fall and winter, leaves may continuously fall, making it difficult to keep the ground completely free of leaves.
Pets are allowed with the host's permission, but please ensure that you clean up after your pets. The backyard is great for small, intimate celebrations, but don't hesitate to contact your host before any celebration to discuss the details.
Our home is equipped with a security system for your peace of mind. There are cameras on the house's exterior; these are only active when the property is unoccupied and not when we have guests.
