This rustic, newly updated, historic four (4) bedroom two (2) bath cottage with a spacious, welcoming foyer is located within Brick Cove Marina in Southold on the border of Greenport. Set on over 12 private acres, enjoy the privacy of your own house while taking advantage of all the amenities the site has to offer! The house boasts a king size bedroom with private office and ensuite bathroom, a queen size secondary bedroom, a 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed and pull-out trundle bed, and a 4th bedroom offering a twin-size bed. The kitchen has new appliances, a proper dining room and an enormous living room. BBQ and fire pit in the backyard. Conveniently fenced in to accommodate any pups in your party.
