Summary: The village and location is lovely. Unfortunately the well reviewed pub closed down earlier this year, and the bistro and cafe are both closed in October. Should a family have arrived unprepared they would have been unable to source any food or refreshments. A warning of this would have been appreciated. Despite being advertised as having two bathrooms, the house itself has one toilet and one shower room. The shower is powerful, but hot water does not seem to last very long, in particular with four adults in the house.
