Positive: Great location, just up the road from the metro station. Lovely restaurants, bars, and cafes close by. Small grocery store across the street with essentials Clean secure building with a lift Extra pillows and blankets were available Featured enough rooms and space for a larger group of people Nice decor Responsive and helpful owner Booklet in multiple languages with information and instructions on WiFi, washing machine, Metro map ect - great idea!
Negative: Washing machine could do with a clean - the drum seals were full of gunk Only gave us 4 rolls of TP for 5 people for 8 days - 3 women in our group (1x who was menstruating at the time of our stay) - we ended up buying some Water from tap, although drinkable, tastes heavily of chlorine - not the owners fault. Construction was happening on the entire street when we arrived, which lasted our entire stay. There was so much dust and loud noses early in the morning. - again, not owners' fault. The oven hadn't been cleaned, and when we cooked at home, it smoked a lot due to previously uncleaned oil - no overhead fan present either. We proped up the living room fan and stuck it toward the window to let the smoke out. Only gave us 2x dishwashing tablets for entire stay - could have used more. Dishwashing soap was practically empty, and we needed to add water to hand wash dishes due to not having enough dishwasher tablets. No large pan was available for cooking- We ended up searing and cooking our steaks in a pot. The elevator has 2 doors of which both need to be entirely closed to work. Some people in the building didn't close them properly (or at all), which made it quite frustrating for us with my elderly mother getting to and from the 5th floor. - not the owners fault.
