Summary: Great location! We love the Fan district. However, when we arrived, the house had not been cleaned. Starting with the front door, that was mostly glass, it was filthy. The floors were covered in dust, as was the furniture. The blinds hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Bathrooms were dirty as well. So, we had to clean the entire house on our first day. Shame on you.Other than that massive inconvenience, the house is roomy and comfortable. The location is great, with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Close to Monument Ave., which is lovely to walk down and view all of the historic homes.My advice is to hire new cleaners and have someone check the home prior to the guests arrival. Also, it would be nice for you to refund our cleaning fee...since I'm the one who cleaned the house.
