Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Excellent location, peaceful despite proximity to town centre. Beds really comfortable , lovely bedding and towels. Lovely bright kitchen.

Negative: Musty, unpleasant smell in the living room. Kathryn has said she will investigate. Sofa stained and uncomfortable. Shower door is broken (runners missing) so can't be closed properly. No handrail in shower. Crack in the shower tray. Staircase - steps very steep, and does not provide a full bannister. This could be provided on the wall, on the left hand side. Only two side plates provided, and one of them is chipped. Mismatched cutlery. Curtains in bedrooms too small and cannot cover the window due to the fittings on curtain poles.
