A privately run supermarket/grocery store is available at the estate (whose opening season is usually from June to September). The residential complex Sea Villas is perched on a hill overlooking the enchanting so-called ""external seaside"", the western part of Stintino. This coastline is high and rugged, with sandy and pebbly coves. The eastern part, known as ""the internal seaside"", situated along the inner part of the gulf, features a low and sheltered shoreline. The nearest beach (Spiaggia de Le Saline) is at just 3 kms from the residential complex; the famous La Pelosa beach is about 10 kms away, therefore, a car is recommended.
