This brand new luxury home consists of 6 BR, 5.5 BA with wet bar + second living room. Feat. top-tier finishes, designer touches & floor-to-ceiling windows through out.The large open kitchen + living room invites everyone to gather in a cozy space with a direct view that opens up to the back patio. A few amenities include Smart TV's w/ streaming, EV Charger, bicycles, pool/spa with option to heat, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, game room w/ pool table & built in bbq w/ outdoor dining.

The Space:
Kitchen
Fully equipped with all the essentials + more. Including pots, pans, glassware, silverware, bakeware, drip coffee maker, toaster, and filtered water dispenser in refrigerator. Should you have any questions about a particular kitchen item, don't hesitate to reach out to check if we have it.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All bedrooms include Smart TVs and convenient charging doc outlets on every nightstand that also feature USB & Cports. Primary bathroom features a rain shower head and freestanding soaking tub.. All bathrooms are stocked with luxury EO products, towels, wash cloths and make-up towels.

Living Room
HUGE U-shaped sectional makes for a perfect movie night front of the fireplace on the 65 in Smart TV w/ streaming.

Backyard
Catch the game on the outdoor patio in front of the fireplace while dinner cooks on the Built in BBQ. The life sized lawn games make for a perfect friendly competition. Pool and spa can be optionally heated for an additional charge.

Technology
Every room is equipped with a Samsung Smart TV including Airplay. Stream your favorite content via Samsung TV, HBO Max, Netflix and Hulu. Sonos speakers can be found in 4 different zones throughout the house allowing you to connect via Airplay or Sonos App. A guide will be included for all smart home features.

Summary: I was skeptical about this 6-bedroom home in Dallas near Lover's Lane, but the home lived up to the description. We had 4 generations in the home with 3 bedrooms downstairs that were perfect for the grandparents and 3 upstairs for the kids. The host was great about communicating and checking in with us. The pool is small, but it was nice for the kids with the extreme heat. Plenty of kitchen supplies for the meals we shared. I would stay again.
