Summary: Very understaffed!! 15 mins waiting to check in/check out, one barmen at night time, only way in and out of hotel is via basement carpark. 2 small lifts had to be used by every person wanting to get in or out/go to carpark which resulted in crowded lifts and up to 10 minutes waiting for the lift. Food wasn’t great (at one point the waiter didn’t know if he was bringing cod or chicken gougons so picked it up from the plate to check what it was) Had to change rooms as first room was filthy - stains on the walls, leaking shower, blood spots on bathroom door frame) Hotel guests also have to pay £14 per night for underground carpark which wassmall
