Located on a corner lot near the jetty, just a short walk down the beach. The front of the house is lined with windows to let in plenty of natural light and spacious views. The aptly named, Fish-n-Ships features a large deck to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and views of the beach, along with the Texas Ship Channel where ships arrive from all over the world and the fishing is world class! Next door is a play park, volleyball courts and a splash pad.
