This property is a pet free and smoke free property. We also ask that noise by limited 10pm-7am as this is a highly residential area.

Driveway is extra wide and is able to accommodate parking for 3 vehicles under 20 feet.
No parking in front of house as this is a private driveway that services 3 homes.
Additional parking on road that accesses private driveway… approximately 100 feet away.
