Security camera details: There are 2 cameras on the exterior of our unit PelicanHaven. One above the front door 🚪 and one in the car 🚙 area. These are so we can monitor and have evidence of false reporting of the number of people during each stay and to monitor the number of cars parked in our parking space. And to hopefully prevent grilling on the balcony or under our unit. Please do not book this house if you won't be comfortable with this or abide by these rules.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
