Welcome to your relaxing 2400 square foot vacation retreat In Port Aransas, TX! Beautiful 4 BR/3 bath house with a private swimming pool. Located just over a 1/4 mile from Beach Access Road 1A. Perfect gathering place for family and friends to relax and enjoy everything Port A has to offer. This two story home features 2 substantial size family rooms, a fully stocked 2nd floor kitchen and downstairs kitchenette. The 2nd floor has a Master BR, 2 guest bedrooms and 2 full baths. 1st floor features a second master BR, full bath, aforementioned family room and kitchenette, a futon that converts to a double bed, as well as mud room with washer and dryer. 1 king, 2 queen, 2 twin beds and a futon double bed provide plenty of space for everyone. There are two decks on the back of the house with 2 picnic tables, 6 Adirondack chairs and 4 bar stools. The swimming pool (unheated) is 24 feet long by 10 feet wide, 3 ft. to 5 ft. deep. With no carpeting in this house and with NO PETS allowed, it is perfect for those with allergies. Free 300 Mbps WiFi and Roku TV available with one 60" TV in the 2nd floor Living Room, one 42" TV in the 2nd floor Master Bedroom and one 55" TV in the 1st floor Family Room. This gem is located in town and provides easy access to the beach as well as restaurants, clubs, retail and churches. Enjoy swimming, fishing, rent bicycles, or a golf cart, and just take long walks on the beach. Great restaurants are available and some new ones have been added! Book your vacation to Port A now! Minimum 2-night stay. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Guests do not have garage access. Winter Texans are always welcome and get special rates from January 1st through March 1st!
