Unwind in this charming holiday home with private pool, located in the centre of Olonzac, between the Canal du Midi and the protected village of Minerve. The property is about 30 km from Narbonne and Carcassonne with its beautiful medieval city. It is a warm and welcoming home for a family or a few friends.
In the lively village you will find cafés, restaurants and all the shops you need for a comfortable stay. The market takes place every Tuesday morning just a few metres from the house. Authentic Olonzac produces its own (famous) wine and is ideally located to explore this beautiful region. Several hiking trails start from the village, including the beautiful shaded paths along the Canal du Midi, as well as a great walk around the Lac de Jouarès, with a beautiful beach and water sports activities in summer (windsurfing, sailing). And all that just 6 km away!
The semi-detached house offers plenty of privacy despite its location in the heart of the village. The house is equipped with a beautiful outdoor area and a covered terrace with plancha. Prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen and end the day in style on the large balcony (first floor) overlooking the surrounding hills.
