Our beautiful house with private pool has nearby access to beaches, cities such as Tarpon Springs, Tampa, Clearwater, and natural parks where you can go hiking. Our house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 dining rooms that offer plenty of space. The private pool is perfect for relaxing and also has a BBQ area. Our house has all the amenities you may need, including air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, work area, laundry, etc.
Each of the two bedrooms in our house has its own unique personality. One room is perfect for watching TV, while the other is a cozy reading nook. One of the living rooms provides ample family space with a TV and streaming service, while the other living room doubles as a workspace with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate up to two additional guests, a reading chair, and a pet bed for your furry friend.
The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal while overlooking the turquoise pool, and if you're in the mood for coffee afterward, everything you need to make it is right there in the same space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
In addition to enjoying the pool, you can relax in the sitting area and watch TV or simply enjoy the water and the pool. The BBQ area includes a dining table and a place to soak up some Florida sunshine.

*Barefoot and wet from the pool are not allowed inside the house
*Review the behavior rules located in the pool area
*Although smoking is prohibited inside the house and pool, smoking is allowed outside in a designated area. If you ignore this rule and smoke in unauthorized areas, the fine is $100
*Minors must always be supervised by an adult in the pool area.
*No additional guests beyond those described in the reservation are allowed. If unauthorized persons are found to have entered, a fine of $100 per person will be charged, and the reservation will be canceled
*For your safety, it is not allowed to enter the house from the pool area barefoot and wet. This can cause an accident. Please use the towels and put on shoes before entering the house
*All damages caused to the property will be charged. Everything in the house is for your use and benefit, so if you take care of them, everything will work perfectly for you to enjoy an excellent stay
*If your stay is longer than 4 days, please take out the garbage on the designated collection days. It is important to remember that the trash bin should be taken out on Sunday night and Wednesday night. We appreciate your cooperation, and please remember to do this only if your stay exceeds 4 days.
*Even though you are paying a cleaning fee, if any area of the house requires deep cleaning due to being left in poor condition, an additional fee of $80 will be charged. Please keep in mind that this fee will only be charged if you have left any area in a very unclean condition, and that is why the cleaning team adds this extra charge for performing the additional cleaning.
*If you have a pet, you will find bags for picking up your pet's waste on the kitchen shelves. It is prohibited to leave your pet's waste in the indoor or outdoor areas of the house, and using the neighbors' gardens as a bathroom for your pet is not allowed. Your pet is your responsibility, and if you do not comply with the rule, there is a fine of $100
*If you have more than two vehicles, please always park within the limits of the property. It is important not to block pedestrian spaces and the parking entrances of neighboring houses. This guideline is essential for good neighborhood coexistence.
* If, due to your non-compliance with the house rules, it becomes necessary to deduct or reimburse the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs
* Late checkout: $35 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late
* A violation of the house rules can lead to immediate removal of all guests without a refund
* Access to the pool is not permitted for your pet. The house has an exclusive pool for your pet's enjoyment and to cool off on sunny days. Please remember that failure to comply with this recommendation and allowing your pet in the main pool will result in a $300 fine for pool cleaning
