This is a safe, peaceful, quiet, relaxing space and location that is family friendly. This space is centrally located between downtown, the South Holston river and the Bristol Motor Speedway.

Easy parking in the street located in the front of the condo or under the deck located on the backside of the condo. The rooms are open and comfortable with a smart HDTV in the main bedroom.
