Welcome to Lovers Key Resort 308, a one-bedroom, one-bath waterfront condo. Due to its unique location nestled between Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach, you are afforded miles of secluded white sugar sand beach. Lovers Key Beach has been rated by the Travel Channel as one of the top 10 beaches in Florida. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. The amenities of a luxurious high-rise resort greet you upon arrival, including luggage carts available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. A spacious lobby and welcome desk are on this level, as well as a fitness room and community room with desk, computer and internet access. Lovers Key Resort offers a beautiful heated lagoon-style pool with waterfall and hot tub. There is a well-appointed 24-hour fitness center. Laundry facilities are credit card operated, and there is a coin-operated vending machine for laundry supplies and an ATM machine. In addition the resort is the home of Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant on site! Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, and complimentary WiFi and cable TV.
Upon entering your corner unit condo on the third floor, you will be immediately drawn to the beautiful views of Estero Bay and the southern part of Fort Myers Beach. There is tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, otherwise carpeting in the living and bedroom areas. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and hard surface countertops. It is complete with a single stainless-steel sink and all the items necessary to create a full course meal, or just coffee and toast in the morning. Just bring the food! Appliances include a range with oven, mini-dishwasher, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. There is a peninsular bar with two bar stools on the dining/living room side. The living harea has a sleeper-sofa, end table and lamp, coffee table and side chair. Next is the dining table seating four near the sliding glass doors out to the balcony. There is also a dining buffet with drawers and a flat screen TV above. Open the sliding glass doors off the living room allowing the Gulf breeze to flow through, then step out onto the balcony where you can enjoy a table seating four and the great views from a third floor vantage point.
The bedroom has a king-size bed with night stands and lamps and a dresser with flat screen TV. The bathroom is a masterpiece. Very large and spacious, here you'll find a jetted soaking tub for relaxing at the end of the day, a large walk-in shower to wake you in the morning with its invigorating spray, a separate lavatory area and make up counter and a separate commode area for privacy.
At the entrance of the community, you'll also find a designated trolley pick-up area, clearly marked with a sign. Guests can enjoy the convenience of the trolley to explore various beach destinations. For the schedule and additional details, the on-site management company is available to assist.
