The 2-hectare property, set amid lavender and sunflower fields, is bordered by a river, a stream and crossed by a canal with a water wheel. Over the course of its history, it has successively been a silkworm cocoon reeling site, a pottery, a tannery and, from 1964, a family vacation home. After the purchase, it took a long year of renovation work to restore the bastide to its former glory. Since July 2009, Françoise welcomes you to La Moutière all year round. The property comprises 5 gîtes and 4 chambres d'hôtes for a total of 42 beds. The swimming pool, set in lush greenery, will make you decide to spend your next vacation at La Moutière.
