3 Bedroom House with Laundry, Pool and TV

When you enter the house, you are in the entrance foyer; in the extension are the living room, the terrace (50 sqm, garden furniture, grill), the pool (9.5mx 4.5m, depth 1.30 to 1.60 m, deck chairs, parasol) - and the lake. To the left are the kitchen, the dining room - and the lake. The house was built in such a way that the lake is part of the decor, almost the house itself. This is unique and extremely successful.
The kitchen is well equipped (electric cooker, microwave, electric and gas plates, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine).
To the right of the living room is a bedroom (double bed 140 cm), a bathroom and a toilet. From this room you also have a view of the terrace, pool and - of course - the lake.
On the first floor there are two further, lovingly decorated, bright bedrooms (one with a double bed 140 cm and the other with two single beds 90 cm), a shower room, a bathroom, a toilet and a mezzanine (mezzanine) that serve as a TV Serving salon.
Pet are allowed. The property is not fenced and two cats live on the premises.

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed for one week in May and had a fantastic time. The house was well equipped and comfortable with spectacular views across Lake Verdon and some amazing sunsets. The lake is an enjoyable 5-10-minute hike down the hill. The house does not come with boats/canoes, so it was definitely well worth bringing our own inflatable paddle board for exploring the lake. There is an annex, which is part of the house, that was not mentioned in the description. The owner stayed there for a couple of nights. Although this was not a problem, we would have liked to have known about this prior to our stay. There were also two cameras inside the property which we didn’t notice straight away, but were able to close the visors on these. Again, not a problem, but would have liked to have had this pointed out to us when moving in. Lots of entertainment to be had with the shower in the house, which is waist height and hand held.
