You'll have your very own private residence. You're more than welcome to use anything in the house (there's condiments in the fridge), we've set it up just like our own home. Plenty of books and movies, it's a great place to relax. There's a large yard, front and back, your own piece of nature.
I occasionally have packages delivered there, if you could bring them in that would be great!
We want you to have a 5 star stay! Please, give us the opportunity to make it so or fix a problem that might come up. Houses take a lot of work, this house and you as the guest, are my job. I'm here to help.
THINGS TO KNOW
We live about 45 minutes away if something comes up that needs our attention. It's an older home, like with any house it has it's quirks and between the two of us we're pretty handy at fixing things, the faster we know about the situation the faster we can solve it.
We do have security cameras pointing towards the outside, the entrances. This helps us keep an eye on the property for safety and let's us know when we've had a delivery.
This is an older home that's had a major facelift. One of the things I couldn't fix was the height of the ceilings. PLEASE be careful if you're over 6 foot tall. The doorways are not going to be your friend.

Summary: This place and the owner are jewels. Beautiful small house in town, but in a quiet area that feels like you are in the country. It’s an older home, but thoroughly updated and nice. The owner is very responsive and so pleasant to work with. It’s been a pleasure to stay here, and I definitely recommend this home/owner.
