The apartment is located on the top floor of Villa Santa Chiara, a historic 19th century villa with a large park and beautiful swimming pool. Finely paved with Piedmontese larch parquet, it consists of a bright living room, a large double bedroom and another living room with balcony. All rooms have a splendid lake view. The bathroom is clad in unique and unmistakable Botticino marble, embellished with chromatic veins on the ivory white background. Equipped for smart working - free Wi-Fi. Parking space inside the park of the villa. Access to the swimming pool included. A few minutes from Arona and Stresa.
