This unit is impeccably located with driving access to (DCA) Airport I-295, I-495, the Wharf, Nats Stadium, Audi Field, Bolling Air Force Base, The MGM Harbor Hotel & Casino,Old Town Alexandria, and the Congress Heights Metro Station (Green Line). You are conveniently located to DC, MD, & VA!
You couldn't be closer to all the great attractions DC has to offer!
This unit is well suited for couples, solo adventurers, traveling nurses, government/military professionals, and other business travelers.
There is a full-sized bed that comfortably sleeps two. We provide fresh sheets and duvets, bath towels and other essentials.
You will have your own private entrance to access this newly renovated basement suite. The unit has all of the amenities you could ask for!

A Doss Soundbox Bluetooth Speaker, Alarm clock, charging station, laptop pad and a safe.
You will also have access to a screen porch lounge where you can relax, vibe, and smoke if you'd like. The screen porch has a heater that you can plug in and also lights for when it gets dark.
Please do not smoke inside of the unit. There are sensors that can detect smoke in the house. If it is detected, you will be fined $500. You are welcome to smoke outside on the back patio or in the screen porch lounge.
This unit is located on the basement level. The temperature can be adjusted per the guests requests using a in home nest system.
In the summer the basement unit is the perfect place to escape the DC summer humidity!
In the winter central heat flows through the unit. Space heaters can be provided to guests upon requests.
Please only run the space heaters while you are present and keep everything away from the space heaters while they run.
There is a black trash can on the patio where you can empty your garbage

Summary: The place was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, neat, and I was comfortable throughout my stay. I was very pleased with the amenities provided such as the washer / dryer, Keurig coffee maker, and great TV. I was warned by multiple Uber drivers that the location is not a great neighborhood -- as a single male traveller on a short trip, that didn't bother me so much, but just putting it out there for others that might be unfamiliar with the DC area.
