5 Bedroom Cottage with TV, Balcony and Security

This 1940's stone cottage is a 15 minute walk to the main strip. Park your car and walk to dining, shops, and all the attractions downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. With 5 bedrooms, everyone in your party will sleep comfortably in their own private space. Your cozy cottage has a full kitchen with eat in bar, a game console, a brand new hot tub (photos coming soon) and a fenced in yard for the kids to exert their energy after a day of sight-seeing. If you're looking for the perfect location, this is it.
This home will feel like a cozy, classic cottage. The two rooms on the top floor are perfect for the kids to have their own space, as they have queen beds and lower ceilings than the rest of the home (about 6’ tall). One bedroom has an additional full bed. The main level features two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with a queen, as well as a full bathroom. The downstairs game area has one queen bedroom with it's own bathroom, as well as a queen pullout couch.
If you would like to bring a dog, please let us know ahead of time, as we need to ensure additional cleaning is scheduled. We require a non-refundable $100 additional cleaning fee.
