This cozy dog-friendly home near Rockaway Beach is the perfect place for your next vacation on the coast. With a bay view, nearby beach access, and plenty of entertainment, up to six travelers (six adults maximum) will enjoy a memorable vacation! The house itself is bright and homey, with plenty of windows and a warm, wooden interior. On the upper floor is the open main room, featuring living and dining areas, with the kitchen close by. Grab a seat on a variety of comfy furniture to relax with a book while a warm fire crackles in the woodstove, or sprawl out on the floor with a board game from the collection. After a long day, you might turn on the TV to watch a DVD or stream a Netflix show over WiFi. A new dining table across the room sets the scene for a family dinner or any other meal throughout the day. Around the corner, the kitchen provides a warm atmosphere with full amenities, so you can cook anything you desire. A dishwasher even saves you time on clean-up. Outside is a large deck where you'll find patio chairs to lounge in the sun and watch the boats cross the jetty in the ocean down below. There's also a gas barbecue for grilling up something tasty.
With three bedrooms and two full baths, there is plenty of space for everyone. The single bedroom on the main floor is fitted with a queen bed and a shared full bath. The third floor features a lofted sunroom with a couple of couches and a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and a private library. There is balcony access up here, as well. Don't forget Fido! There's a giant dune here, as well, in case you want to sandboard. From the deck, you can see the waves and might spot seals bobbing up and down.
Located in Barview, halfway between Garibaldi and Rockaway Beach, you'll enjoy a quick walk to the sand and tide pools at Barview Jetty Park while a two-mile drive in either direction will take you to coastal towns. For dining and shopping, head north to Rockaway and enjoy a delicious seafood dinner with a view at Sand Dollar Restaurant and Lounge, or try Grumpy's Café or Lakeside Hideaway.
