• Night low season except weekend: 80 €
• Medium and high season night except weekend: 125 €
• Week low season: 350 €
• Mid season week: 600 €
• Week high season: 850 €
• Tourist tax (per night and per adult): € 1.60
This amount due on arrival does not apply to children under the age of 18.
! Weekly rentals never start on Saturdays!
! Please note, no rental per night on the weekend (or possibility if available at the last moment: 160 €)!

Security deposit of 500 € by check will be requested on arrival (not cashed) and returned between 7 to 10 days after your departure.
If you wish to do the cleaning yourself, a cash deposit of 80 € will be requested on arrival. This sum (80 €) will be returned to you at the exit after verification.
LOCATION:
The property is located in Tamerville, in a very quiet little road, not overlooked, 2 minutes from Valognes (RN 13 trunk roads which connects Cherbourg - Caen).
It is very well placed and close to the main axes:
- 1 hour from Caen
- 3h30 from Paris
Tamerville is 15 minutes from the sea and the beautiful landing beaches, 15 minutes from St Vaast la Hougue (Tatihou Island, Vauban towers: Unesco world heritage, Gosselin delicatessen ...), 20 minutes from the port of Barfleur (elected 3rd most beautiful village in France).
Valognes is a pretty town nicknamed "le petit Versailles Normand", 15 minutes south of Cherbourg. Close to St Vaast la Hougue Barfleur, Barneville, Carteret on the other coast and La Hague. Perfect for visiting and strolling on foot or by bicycle.
DESCRIPTION OF THE BOULANGERIE GÎTE:
This huge Norman property that La Clef Decamp offers you is made up of 5 separate lodgings, which you can rent together or individually. You will have no promiscuity and no neighbors.
La Boulangerie is a pretty little house that can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. This former bakery has been completely renovated with a wooden extension and a veranda open onto a beautiful private garden that lights up at night.
On the ground floor, you will find the veranda, the kitchen and the living room arranged in a row.
The quality kitchen with a central island, 4 stools, an oven, kitchen bottoms (salt, pepper, vinegar, condiments etc.), a microwave, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a fridge-freezer as well than the utensils needed to cook and set up a pretty table.
The 14m² living room opens onto the kitchen. It consists of three BZ sofa beds (140cm), comfortable armchairs, a fireplace with insert (Godin), a large flat-screen TV (high speed WIFI) and a stereo system.
The 15m² veranda has a large table for 10 people and a small lounge.
On the 1st floor, accessible from the living room, is a 10 m² bedroom with a 160 cm bed and two 90 cm beds. The latter opens onto the bathroom.
The bathroom has a large bathtub and a separate toilet.
Outside the house, you can enjoy a private garden with pretty olive trees lit at night, a swing, cocoon eggs, a garden furniture with a table for 8 people and a barbecue Weber charcoal.
The Bakery is facing south, not overlooked with a lovely view of the pastures with cows and sheep.
Very pleasant, bright and well decorated, this pretty little house will be perfect for recharging your batteries and visiting the Cotentin.
THE RELAXATION AREA:
The relaxation area awaits you 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. This room will be SHARED with the customers of the other lodgings if they also take this option. However, a bulletin board will allow you to reserve your desired time slots in order to privatize the SPA or the Sauna.
The space is composed:
- SPA (high-end massaging whirlpool 6 people) covered by a pretty glass roof where it is very pleasant to bathe, protected from the rain with a view of the garden and the terrace.
- A walk-in shower, relaxation benches, a stereo and soothing lights at your disposal.
- An infrared sauna for 4 pers. (OPTION)
Entrance to the relaxation area is via an independent access.
GAME ROOM :
! If the Grande Duckerie gîte (neighboring gîte) is not reserved, you can access the games room including: table football, darts, ping-pong table. !
