Villa la Tabaccaia is a charming cottage located in the countryside of Montaione, a medieval village in the Florentine province. The villa is located at the top of a hill, and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding valley. The property has a beautiful private fenced garden, characterized by a stone-paved courtyard and partly a lawn. Among the outdoor spaces there is a lounge area (with a sofa and armchairs) and a dining area. At the center of the courtyard there is a lovely swimming pool (8 x 5 m with a central hydromassage area with a depth ranging from 0.90 to 1.00 m). The pool is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and deckchairs.
The villa (90 sqm), arranged on one floor and expertly furnished, can accommodate up to 6 people for a total of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
To welcome us a large living area with large sliding windows on the outside, consisting of: living / dining room with TV, fireplace, kitchenette (with electric oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster).
The sleeping area includes: 1 double bedroom with sliding doors to the garden and a corridor leading to a bathroom with shower; 2 double bedrooms both with sliding glass windows and ensuite bathroom with shower.
There is Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request.
