This charming, single-bedroom guesthouse was completely renovated to suit the modern guest with amenities you'll rarely find in a typical Finger Lakes cottage. It is a little slice of heaven, perfect for a couples getaway or small family!
Relax and unwind with your own private porch and grill. Catch some rays on your separated lakefront patio, hang out around the fire at night, or head out to enjoy the many nearby local wineries and breweries Conesus has to offer!
The cottage is a completely separate guest house located on our property. My husband and I live in the main house full time, but will give you your space! The cottage and our main house are separated by our yard and gardens, and you will have complete privacy, including your own entrance.
Our outdoor space is our *favorite.* Come into the lawn, and you may grab any of our lawn games for your use! Connected to the lawn is our snug patio, perfect for reading your favorite book or enjoying the sun. Keep heading down towards the water, and you'll be greeted by your own private lakeside patio, as well as our dock. Feel free to use this space as you please, its complete with lounge chairs, a comfy couch, and great for swimming!
