1 Bedroom House with Internet, Kitchen and Air Conditioner
I had this custom RV built by Ice Castle in 2018. Go to Smokey Hills Outdoor Store on YouTube and enter “Most Expensive” as search words. They did a video on it as it was the nicest one made at the time. It is all cedar inside with every amenity of my house but with a trailer hitch and a hydraulic frame. It’s a clean, comfortable space that has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. It is located ion the property of a luxury lake home in Perham, MN. It’s impressive.
The space
This completely Cedar custom Home on wheels is lowered to the ground by a hydraulic frame which makes it ice fishing friendly! Every luxury of a large home is conveniently organized including a fireplace, ceiling fan, full kitchen with microwave, coffee grinder n Caribou beans, coffee pot, gas cook top and oven, large bathroom, two smart TV’s (55” curved screen and a 42”) 5.1 surround sound stereo system with Bluetooth, exterior sound, awning and more. The queen lift bed has an excellent aftermarket mattress and the three jack knife sofa’s are big enough for two adults on each.
The space is located on a beautiful lake lot. You have access to the Dock (a spot to tie up a boat or pontoon), lounge chairs on dock, 5 different patios with three different fire pits, beautiful swimming beach, hot tub, large yard full of gardens, walking on a quiet paved road and .25 mi to the public access.
Guest access
This luxurious lake home has many separate spaces for you to enjoy. You will most likely be the only one(s) using any of the 9+ spaces but just in case, I have labeled them all as shared.
I will invite you into the main house if the opportunity is available. I typically share adult beverages and have been known to grill and share food with guests. If I guide you fishing, we will generally make fish tacos and hangout in my space.
There is a large yard, salsa garden, two wood fire pits, a large deck with gas grill and gas firepit. The dock and sandy beach are yours to enjoy. Several places to sit outside and relax. New hot tub is clean and ready. If you need something washed or access to a copier please let me know and we will accommodate.
Best of all I have a pro level Ranger boat on a lift on the dock and I can take you fishing for a full or half day. I will clean your fish and send them home with you or we will make fish tacos in my kitchen.
