THE SPACE
The completely renovated APARTMENT is located on the fifth floor of a historic building in the heart of Modena city centre, very easy to reach from the train station or by car thanks to the limited traffic zone pass and free parking.
It has large windows that make the rooms airy and bright and offer a wonderful wide rooftop view and a charming little balcony.

ENTRANCE is completely autonomous thanks to self check-in and the lift will leave you exactly in front of the door.
Once inside you will find on your right the living area and on your left the bathroom and the two bedrooms.

LIVING ROOM and KITCHEN are one large and bright open space, furnished with a mix of modernity and tradition.

Here you will find a large table and a modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: fridge, oven, hob with 4 burners, microwave, dishwasher, blender, pots and pans, crockery (also for babies) and all the main kitchen utensils.
We have also prepared a coffee corner with a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and a kettle with tea and herbal teas.
A comfortable sofa, 50" smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ subscription included will allow you to relax or work in a unique, airy and pleasant environment.
In a wonderful vintage bookcase we have set up an entertainment corner for children, with books, stationery, games and puppets.
The space is completed by a charming little balcony from which to enjoy the view open air.

From the living area a corridor leads to TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS.
One is very large and spacious, with a bed with memory foam mattress (160x200cm) and a large open wardrobe for storing your personal belongings. Here you will also have a cot (60x120) for small children.
The other room is smaller but equally cosy, with a bed with a memory foam mattress (140x200cm) and a small open wardrobe for personal belongings.

The BATHROOM, windowed and equipped with shower box completes the house. We will leave everything you need to travel light: hair dryer, towel set including shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Washing machine - with detergent capsules - available for a comfortable and practical stay, heating and air conditioning, wifi connection and free parking for the duration of your stay.
Bed linen and towels, provided by a professional laundry, are always included.
Cot with bars, high chair and changing table always available.
