Positive: The location is excellent. The apartment is very close to the metro, restaurants, shops and all major historical sites, so it is easy to reach most places on foot or by public transport. The building is also located in a quiet dead-end street, which makes the area relatively calm despite being in the center.

Negative: The apartment cannot be locked or secured from the inside, which is a serious safety issue, especially when travelling with children. The main entrance door to the building was damaged and could not be properly closed or locked. There was also visible mould in the apartment, the equipment is worn, and the mattresses are heavily used and uncomfortable. Before arrival, I specifically asked about these issues because they were mentioned in previous reviews. I was assured that everything had been fixed. Unfortunately, this was not the case, which makes the accommodation difficult to trust.
