Negative: It was a grubby, needed a good clean. Everywhere felt grimy. I had to go and buy disinfectant wipes & a tea towel & cutlery, Carpets stained, dusty skirting boards, mirrors 1 dirty, & 1 in main bedroom completely smeared. Slops down fridge and dirty inside. The sponges on sink and tea towel, were used. Cup and glasses on drainer as if someone had left for work. 2 of the doubles very sunken and worn possibly broken. Linen needs an upgrade, beds looked unchanged, pillows and sheets looked used. Hand towels awful stained looked dirty. No instructions to work TV. Car parked on side of house made me feel uncomfortable as if someone was going to come in. Disappointed I was asked for extra £10 after booking, for my dog to stay in that. No welcome basket or visitors book I really really wanted to love this stay as it would be useful to use again. As Deji had been so kind and helpful to me. Sorry
