1800 sq ft house, A/C throughout, blazing fast FIOS wifi (new 2023), washer dryer, smart TV, 4 bed, 2 bath house - interior perpetually being upgraded, including gut renovated bathrooms, short walk to ocean and bay.
Upstairs is great for hosting either indoors or out. Upstairs there is an open space floor plan with a kitchen/bar area, a dining area, and a tv sitting area with a 55 inch smart TV. There is also one bedroom and one full bathroom upstairs.
The upstairs living area opens onto an expansive deck with patio dining furniture, lounge chairs and a gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower.
Downstairs has 3 more bedrooms and one bathroom.

Summary: Mixed group of 4 adults & 4 kids. Sleeping arrangements are great in this house. Super easy check in & laid back owner. Very much a pleasure to rent from. House has all the amenities one would need. Access to a blender would have been good but not necessary. House could have been cleaner but honestly didn’t bother us. It’s impossible to keep sand out with the windy weather we had this weekend. We loved their deck and great location between bay & ocean. We loved our stay at Davis & hope to be back next season.
