This 4 bedroom gram-worthy gem is 5 minutes from great restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, Talking Stick, TopGolf and ASU.
Neighborhood description
The Diamond House is located in South Scottsdale, just a quick drive into the heart of Old Town, which is the social center of Scottsdale. If you are a first-time visitor, Scottsdale seems like a small city with a definite desert feel. It's very clean with upscale shops, restaurants and golf resorts, and random giant boulder-like mountains which break the horizon for breathtaking sunsets.
Getting around
We have room to park cars in the drive way, but depending on what you want to do, you can easily get away with Uber, Lyft, or Taxis to get you around. Scottsdale even offers a Trolley which runs every 15 minutes from 10 am to 9 pm. We also have a light rail system and a solid bus system.
Additional rules
PLEASE READ - These are the 11 most important house rules:
1) Self-check in is available after 4 PM only. We have never had check in issues so far in any of our properties - our check in is very simple and we give clear instructions. Please kindly send a message if you need assistance.
2) Check out is at 11 am. Late checkouts will delay our cleaners and result in a $50 charge each hour.
3) No Smoking of *any* Kind Inside. Feel free to smoke outside, but don't smoke in front of open doors and windows. If we have to mitigate smoke damage, the cleaners charge a $250 fee which will be passed on to you.
4) No Parties of any kind. Sorry to be so serious about this one, but we have to be good members of our communities. The reservation is for the number of guests listed on the reservation. The presence of any undisclosed overnight guests will result in an immediate cancellation of the trip without any refund. Any more than 2 temporary guests (total number of people in the house never to exceed 12) without Host approval will result in an immediate cancellation of the trip without any form of refund.
5) Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of anything other than quiet noise in the backyard after 10pm. We may use passive noise monitoring technology that tracks the volume level of noise, (and only the volume level). If that noise rises beyond a reasonable level during quiet hours, it will send an alert to the police. Any fines as a result will be passed back to the guest.
6) No Pets Allowed. We loooooooooove our animals. We really do. But we don’t allow pets in this listing.
7) We love our towels, linens, table runners, mattress cover etc. and I am sure you will too. If you do take any of these with you, please know that we will charge you the price of the item we paid (or will pay to replace it) plus a fee of $20. Our cleaners take inventory and pictures after every completion of every cleaning once a guest leaves.
8) Our thermostats are smart thermostats and stay between 68 and 80 degrees. Pushing the equipment out of that range can break the system, create an uncomfortable stay and generate a large bill to the guest for damage.
9) Please don’t alter any equipments - including the pool equipment. If the pool has an automatic pool filler, please leave it over the edge of the pool with the end in the water, the hose attached and on. Also, please allow the pool sweeper to continue to do it's tireless duty to make your pool fabulous.
10) Swim at Your Own Risk. Guests agree to waive any responsibility of the managers and/or owners of the property when using the pool and/or hottub.
11) If you need heated pool, it will cost an additional $100 per day and it has to be heated for the entire trip duration. This is because it takes a long time to heat the pool and it is very expensive to do so (gas prices have gone up substantially)
