Saint Tropez is a fabulous neighborhood nestled along the Emerald Coast. It has all of the architectural assets you would find along the French Riviera but is located along the Florida panhandle. The Florida panhandle is known for it's emerald green waters and sugar white sands which sets us apart from any other beach destination in the United States.
Villa Paradis is a beautiful home that has three stories with a large amount of outdoor entertaining space. The bottom floor has two bedrooms with a queen and a king size bed and flat screen TV's. There is a full size bath and a large laundry room on this floor as well. After walking up the impressive winding staircase the second floor opens up to a stately kitchen that offers plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. You will have all of the necessities needed to plan wonderful dinners. There is a round top table for four, bar stools for three and two dining tops that seat four each on the spacious patio . The patio has a grill for cookouts and a wonderful view of the courtyard and pool. The living room has three comfortable leather sofas (one is a sleeper sofa) and a flat screen TV. The third floor houses the master bedroom with a king size bed, sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, bathroom with garden tub and shower. There is also an additional bedroom on the third floor that has a queen size bed with a flat screen TV.
The house has two driveways. One in the front and one in the back. There is room for 3-4 cars depending on size.
Saint Tropez is a very distinctive neighborhood on the Emerald Coast. The breathtaking courtyard has a large pool with beautiful palms and gives this tranquil villa a place for family fun and relaxation! Families are encouraged. Pets are allowed with manager approval only. This neighborhood is exclusive and quite. No parties are allowed . No one under 25 is allowed to rent in the neighborhood. Security is on property and is there at check in with all guests.
Beach access is a short walk across the street. The owner has provided 8 beach chairs, two umbrellas and a wagon for you to take to the beach.
In lieu of a damage deposit, a $99.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1,500.00. This fee will show up as an admin fee at check out.
