Located less than a mile away, Mary McLeod Bethune Beach Park offers a great spot to spend time with family and friends. It has large picnic pavillions, nearly 800' of direct beachfront sidewalk, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts, a fun playground, a fishing pier, and restrooms. Other fantastic attractions include Turtle Mound River Tours, 27th Avenue Beachfront Park, and downtown New Smyrna Beach.
When it comes to outdoor living, this three-level home offers three levels of beach/oceanfront decks, an outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off the sand, and breathtaking beach/ocean views from every bedroom.
