The full kitchen is bright and well-stocked with pots and pans, glasses, silverware, and everything you'll need for a lively weekend brunch to a romantic meal for two. There's a stovetop/oven refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and grinder, dishwasher, and more. You will have to do dishes by hand here, but you can always head out to the deck and take in a stunning sunset first, while the dishes soak in the sink.
Lovely French doors lead to the main bedroom suite, with its ocean view and private bathroom (including a walk-in shower big enough for two). Both bedrooms feature wall-mounted flatscreen TVs with DISH satellite service and DVD players.
As nice as this Pacific Mists vacation cottage is on the inside, when you step outdoors onto the deck, you'll truly fall in love with this getaway! Watch the waves crash into rocks, view osprey flying overhead, or use the charcoal grill to fix a summer feast. In the evenings, you can relax in the hot tub while you listen to the ocean waves.

Mendocino is also a great destination for an afternoon of gallery browsing, walking along the trails of the Mendocino Headlands State Park, or just enjoying a scenic drive along California's Highway 1. Other nearby attractions include Van Damme State Park in Little River, Pacific Star Winery just north of Fort Bragg, and the Navarro River Redwoods State Park, eight miles southeast in Elk.
