The neighborhood is very quiet & beautiful, safe for walking & easy parking. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom. The views from the home are second to none, and the sunsets are incredible. Just across Flagler Drive, the home is perfectly located for you to enjoy the peaceful sun, gentle breeze and beauty that surrounds you. This is South Florida living at its finest! Take an afternoon stroll down the boardwalk and enjoy the ample large boats going by then head to downtown CityPlace to grab an amazing meal less than 15-minute drive up the gorgeous scenic waterway road that is Flagler Drive.
