Positive: Staff were very good, and it is a very impressive building with good views across the surrounding area. Excellent breakfast
Negative: Why ask customers if their preference is for twin or kingsize beds if you then don't make them up as requested? The evening meal was passable but nothing like those presented on the website - more Brake Brothers. Limited choice of beer/drinks.
