Positive: Great staff - we visited just before they had the builders move in for redecoration and redevelopment. Lovely location and really pleasant part of the world.
Negative: Staff were not going to be retained during refurishment - shame. Refurbishment is exciting as needs a lift due to age, but still a lovely place to stay.
Summary: Grand venue and fantastic location with lovely staff.
