The Space:
Upon entering the home, you will feel immediately at ease as you are welcomed by the open-concept living area bathed in natural light, filtering through the floor-to-ceiling sliders that open up to an oversized patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped chef's kitchen boasts high-end appliances, a large island with seating for up to 10 guests and is conveniently located next to a large dining table with seating for an additional 12 guests, ideal for both intimate meals or large gatherings. Step outside to your own private paradise - a spacious oceanfront deck where guests can enjoy alfresco dining while watching the dolphins play along the shoreline. Enjoy mornings with coffee overlooking the waves, afternoons on the sand just steps away, and evenings with the world renowned Captiva sunsets. Adjoining the master suite are 2 guest bedrooms, one featuring 2 King beds and the other one featuring 2 Queen beds. The second level features one guest bedroom, with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor functions as a separate living space (perfect for group members who desire more privacy or have young ones) and features a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen over Queen bunk bed.
