Positive: We ere there for a medical procedure at Cedar-Sinai. The staff assisted several times a day by freezing the ice pack in their refrigerator freezer. The location was excellent . Many dining options within walking distance to the hotel. I wish I had the time to enjoy shopping at the Beverly Center two blocks away.
Negative: Originally our room was going to be on the second floor. When we arrived the elevator was out of order. They accomodated us with a first floor room. There were several stairs at the entrance which was a cause of concern.
