Kick back and relax in this calm, newly renovated and stylish home. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath is a 1930 Cape Cod style home, located in the heart of High Point called Emerywood Estates. Walking distance to High Point University and International Home Furnishing Center. We welcome pets with a minimal fee per pet. Long term stays are welcome as well. Summary: The property was fine. Booked for multiple nights but only stayed one night. Neighborhood felt very safe, a short drive to HPMKT. Wish the host could have been a bit more flexible with me when my plans changed, but I get that sadly, most hosts have gotten extremely inflexible these days; since the host wasn’t willing to work with me, I’m out a lot of money. It’s unfortunate, but a good lesson to remember!
