Positive: Words truly cannot express how warmly we were welcomed by our host. My wife travelled with our child , and the host was waiting for us with their own daughter at the apartment. They showed us around and shared great tips on what to visit in Palermo, all while our kids happily played together in the apartment. The kitchen was incredibly functional and fully equipped with everything a household needs. We barely ate out because we were able to cook all the meals we usually prepare for our son at home. There’s also a supermarket nearby, and the apartment is located in a convenient area close to downtown, with everything you might need within reach. During our stay, my wife had an issue with her back. The host immediately called a clinic and arranged an appointment for her the same day—thanks to that, she felt much better afterward. I truly appreciate the host's help and quick action. There was also a minor issue with the door lock, but the host arrived with a technician within five minutes, and it was fixed in ten. Once again, the host really saved the day. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the host had kindly prepared plenty of towels and even set up a crib for our son. The balcony was absolutely beautiful and romantic—it gave off that true Italian vibe, especially with a glass of wine in hand. Honestly, we have never been received this warmly anywhere we’ve stayed before. A huge shoutout to the host for making our stay absolutely perfect. P.S. We will definitely come back—and not just because of Palermo, but because of this wonderful family!
