Immaculate, comfortable and spacious 3-4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, colonial style home with farmers porch in the Balmoral Association of Moultonborough. Close to skiing, ice fishing and snowmobiling from the back yard to miles of trails. 1/3 mi to the sandy beach and boat launch. This home offers a fully stocked, large well appointed kitchen and dining area which looks out to the sunroom. The home offers two living rooms, one of which can double as a bedroom with its full pullout bed, and a sliding barn door to ensure privacy from the rest of the home. This living room/bedroom also has a slider opening onto the large backyard deck. On the second floor is the Master Bedroom -bathroom with King Bed, Guest Room with Queen Bed, second floor full bath.
