Our cozy home is in a quiet and safe North Park Hill neighborhood.
You can find plenty of nightlife, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby or hop in your rental, Uber or Lyft and head to Downtown or surrounding Denver neighborhoods for your enjoyment.
All in less than 15 minutes.
We are also 1.5 miles from A-line light rail.
Our home can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families(with kids), big groups, and your furry friends.

The space
The whole unit is for your own use, and no others to share. It has a remodeled kitchen and its original hardwood flooring. We provide high-quality mattresses and comfortable, clean bedding. Appliances are only 2-3 years old, an espresso machine, a drip coffee machine, 2 different types of toasters, a new washer/dryer, a large dining table, a stand-up/sit-down combo desk on a roller, a recliner chair, and a sofa, a curved smart TV with Chromecast broadcasting, Blu-ray DVD player, lap laptop desk, and a backyard for your pet. I have a PET BED for your dogs or cats. Please keep your pets from the furniture and bedding. Thank you for that. The backyard is only partially fenced around. Neighbors are pretty awesome and friendly. I usually leave fresh eggs, bread, milk, ground, and whole coffee beans, so you can take your time shopping. Plenty of extra towels and linens. You can move small furniture around for your convenience. Forgive our simple decorations; in any case, it makes you feel it is clunky or awkward.

Guest access
Please park your car in front of the building on the street. It has a good size of 3 car parallel parking. Also, there's plenty of parking on the street.
We can't park on this side when there's a street sweeping on the last Wednesday of the month. Then we just have to move the cars to the other side.
It is a contactless entry. A lockbox is hanging from the handrail facing the front door. The code will be provided 1 hour before on the day of your arrival. All the utilities are on for you to use right away.
Other things to note
The unit has lots of natural sunlight with some mountain views through the back window.
Only thing for your dogs to run around, it is not all fenced around.
