Hello Lovers Of Paradise! If you're vacationing, looking for a local property or just visiting we present a beautiful, clean, fully equipped, quiet suburban home. It features a King Bed Suite and Queen Bed Suite. It provides a large living room to relax in, two full baths, large backyard to play in, a very cozy screened in lanai, and oversized two car garage for ample storage. It also provides a full kitchen with every utensil that you'll need. We also include free and fast Wi-Fi internet by Xfinity/Comcast with streaming TV. Located in Englewood FL it's a short 11min. drive to our beautiful local Englewood Beach on Manasota Key. It is a shorter 3 min. drive to our fabulous community swimming pool where the water temp. is 83 F all year round with full recreational activity park (incl. pickle ball, walking and bike paths, etc. see: https://www.charlottecountyfl.gov/services/parksrecs/Pages/Ann-Dever-Regional-Park-Pool.aspx). No matter how long you stay, you'll be able to relax and rest here, while falling in love with this regional paradise. We happily provide a complimentary variety of beach chairs, lounges, floats, boogie boards, beach umbrella, and also include - his and hers adult bikes! Our Walmart Super Store, and other shopping, is only one mile away and so convenient. An added plus is that there are over a dozen local first class golfing opportunities. The area has great local restaurants, eateries, and all of your shopping is conveniently close. We aim to be bargain priced all year round.
