Summary: The front desk worker was very kind and helpful and they helped us book tickets to fun events. Great location for walking anywhere. The beds are not super comfortable. My brother and I shared a room with two twin beds. He is about 6'3 and he found the bed slightly small and the mattresses were a little firm. Also, keep in mind that they don't have maids or janitors available 24 hours a day so you may have to clean up messes yourself. (My brother and I got sick so we had to clean up vomit ourselves) If you are travelling with kids this may be something to consider. Not wheelchair accessible at all. Expect to carry luggage up and down stairs or ask the front desk to help you.
