Positive: Nice pool and grounds
Negative: The apartment is a basement, with very small windows. Its not pleasant to stay inside. At noon you need to keep the lights on. The garden in front of the apartment is nice but there is no place to sit or stay. Barbecue and pool are in front of the owner apartment with little privacy. We felt we were invading someone else's place, even if pool and barbecue is exclusive use of the guests, the family was using the barbecue. Check out is at 11, we checked out at 11.20 and the owner was rushing us because she said another family was coming. On Booking.com the house wide open for reservations. No need for that. We definitely did not feel welcome.
